Like most , disappointed with the news , but I understand reasons behind it.

So , I guess we are all due a refund then , I’ll be ringing southbank tomorrow to ask for mine

Feel it will be an interesting call !!

Just glad when I renewed in August 2018 , I didn’t plump for the 2 year offer !!

If you pop up elsewhere stephen I would gladly resubscribe for your advice

I’m not the original commenter but I just rang Southbank to cancel my account, and the lady said it wasn’t necessary – it would be cancelled automatically on the 22nd Feb and money refunded if applicable. At least that’s the case for my account – it might be different for others, especially if you subscribe to other newsletters.
