Thank you for your patience in replying to my query. Your suggestion is logical. At 79 years of age, I suspect I will not reach a stage where I have topped up all on my portfolio but I shall enjoy in the endeavour.
I can no longer afford to invest new monies except my dividends. Looking through all your previous recommendations and bearing in mind diversification, I am finding it difficult to find a company/sector in which I have not already invested.
